In ISRO's post, Chandrayaan wishes 'good luck' to Lander Vikram
As India is stepping closer to make history in space, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on their official Twitter handle, on Friday (September 6), posted a cartoon in which the lunar orbiter wishes Vikaram good luck.
The Chandrayaan 2 spacecraft will make a soft landing near the south pole of the moon on the early hours of Saturday.
In the cartoon, the Lunar Orbiter while releasing Lander Vikram, says, “It was great travelling with you so far Vikram. Best of luck! I hope you reach the South Pole soon.” To this Vikram replies, “It was quite the journey indeed! I’ll see you around – in the orbit.”
We have the same wishes for Vikram, Orbiter.

It is said that, PM Narendra Modi will be watching the landing along with 60 students. The Chandrayaan 2 spacecraft will be the first Indian expedition to carry out a soft landing on the lunar surface. This mission will make India the fourth country after the US, Russia, and China to conduct a soft landing on the moon.
