On 48-hour duty

Counsel: "The duty (of resident doctors) is almost 48 hours. Then you are neither in a physical nor mental state to resist if somebody teasing you, I am not even going on to serious crimes."

CJI: "Your point is perfectly well taken; we will add this to our order today."
