Rajya Sabha adjourned sine die after Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar reads out statement expressing concern over persistent disruptions in House proceedings and taking veiled swipes at the Opposition for "resorting to Rule 267" (adjournment motion" and sharing notices (submitted to the Chair with regard to House business) in the public domain before these were taken up in the House.
