West Bengal records highest turnout till 11 am with 36.88%

West Bengal recorded the highest turnout with 36.88 per cent, while UP recorded 27.06 per cent. Delhi recorded 21.69 per cent while Anantnag Rajouri seat in Jammu and Kashmir recorded 23.1 per cent turnout, as per the latest Election Commission update.
