7-9 seats to Congress in Punjab: India Today

The India Today exit poll has something for Congress to cheer. It predicts 7-9 of the 13 seats in Punjab to go to the Congress, 0-2 to AAP, 2-4 to NDA, 2-3 to SAD, and 0-1 to others.
