Modi meets Vice President Dhankar; 'served peda, gud'

This is the first meeting of Prime Minister Modi after securing the third term of Lok Sabha, in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections. During the meeting, the prime minister was also served 'peda' a delicacy from Chirawa, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan (home district of Vice President Dhankhar) and 'gud' (jaggery) from Meerut, a prominent agricultural produce from the region: Office of Vice President.
