Get a caste census done at the earliest: Rahul

Treasury Benches disrupt Rahul's speech, Congress side hits back saying you are anti-BJP. LS Speaker Om Birla intervenes to point out the discussion is on women's reservation, not OBCs. Rahul says discussion is about transfer of power and OBC deserve equal share in transfer of power to women. Rahul says obvious questions arise for the enumeration of OBCs through caste census. I support the Bill but it should be immediately implemented and not be stalled till census and delimitation. Get a caste census done at the earliest and also release the data of caste census conducted during our (UPA) time.
