Schools, colleges to remain closed

The Tamil Nadu government has announced a holiday for schools and colleges across the four northern districts of Tiruvallur, Chennai, Kancheepuram, and Chengelpet, on Wednesday (October 16) too, in view of extremely heavy rainfall forecast.
