Men's Table Tennis: Sharath Kamal advances to singles round of 16

Paddler Sharath Kamal achieved a win in the men's singles round of 32 at Hangzhou 2023. He secured the victory with game scores of 11-9, 11-2, 11-7, 11-7 against Mohamed Shaffan Ismail from the Maldives. Sharath Kamal, a 41-year-old veteran who previously won two Asian Games bronze medals in 2018 (one in the men's team and the other in mixed doubles), is set to face off against Chih-Yuan Chuang from Chinese Taipei in the round of 16 tomorrow.
