Why is @Google a successful company? Because it lets talent to become entrepreneurial within the organisation. Lessons to be learnt here. 🙂 🙂

“Why is @Google a successful company? Because it lets talent to become entrepreneurial within the organisation. Lessons to be learnt here,” Chidambaram Junior said hours after Scindia’s tweet on Pilot that he was being “sidelined and persecuted” by Gehlot.
Sad to see my erstwhile colleague, @SachinPilot too, being sidelined and persecuted by Rajasthan CM, @ashokgehlot51 . Shows that talent and capability find little credence in the @INCIndia .

“Sad to see my erstwhile colleague, Sachin Pilot too, being sidelined and persecuted by Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. Shows that talent and capability find little credence in the Congress,” Scindia said in his tweet earlier in the day.
Scindia’s jump to the BJP earlier this year and later a defection of MLAs engineered by him had brought down the Kamal Nath-led Congress government in Madhya Pradesh. Now, the BJP is being accused of “pulling off another MP” in Rajasthan with Pilot’s help.
Reports, earlier in the day, speculated of Pilot being in Delhi along with a few loyalist MLAs, holding talks with the BJP for a possible switch. Sources claim the deputy chief minister has the support of 16 Congress MLAs and three Independents.
Chief Minister Gehlot has called a legislature party meeting at his residence at 9 PM today to discuss the matter. An ANI update suggests a meeting of the CLP will be held at Gehlot’s residence at 10:30 am tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Congress General Secretary in-charge for Rajasthan, Avinash Pande, said that all the Congress MLAs are in touch with him. He said the government is stable and will also complete its full term. I’m trying to reach out to Pilot, he said.
“We had a talk with the Rajasthan Congress MLAs who had gone to Delhi. After talks, many of them have returned to Jaipur. The BJP is trying to topple the Congress government, but they won’t be successful. Everything is fine,” Pande said.
Senior Congress leaders Randeep Surjewala and Ajay Maken have been asked by the party leadership to reach Jaipur. Both the leaders along with Pande are expected to be present in the meeting scheduled at Gehlot’s residence tonight.
