No democracy in our country, says Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut
On three criminal law bills replacing the existing laws being passed in the Lok Sabha, Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray faction) MP Sanjay Raut says, “The way bills are being passed (in the Parliament) in the absence of an opposition, anyway they (government) deem fit is not how democracy works. But we know for a fact that there is no democracy in our country…”

INDIA bloc leaders to take out protest march
MPs of the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA) bloc are slated to take out a march from Parliament House to Vijay Chowk in Delhi in protest against the suspension of Opposition MPs in both Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha.
The floor leaders of the alliance will also hold a meeting in the office of Rajya Sabha Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge.
