Pranati Nayak finishes eighth in vault final of artistic gymnastics

Pranati Nayak secured the eighth position in the women's vault final at the Asian Games 2023 with a score of 12.350. In the first vault, she scored 12.100 with a -0.3 penalty, and in the second vault, she earned 12.600 points. She had previously qualified in the sixth position during the subdivision 1 round at Hangzhou. This marks her second eighth-place finish in the vault final at the Asian Games, following a similar result in the 2018 Jakarta edition.
