Cyclone Biparjoy wreaked havoc as it swept through coastal Saurashtra on Friday (June 15), leaving behind a trail of destruction. The district of Dwarka, which was on high alert levels 9 and 10, has been severely affected by the cyclone.

Various parts of Gujarat are experiencing strong winds and heavy rainfall. In response, multiple units of paramilitary forces, the military, and state disaster response teams have been deployed along the coastal regions of Saurashtra and Kutch. Their primary focus is to carry out rescue and evacuation operations in the affected areas.
