“We decided that the deserving staff should be lauded. For the initial four to five months, we had little walk-ins but these people believed in us. Only after six months, the company began to grow. Even during the pandemic, where it is common in this industry for people to jump from one company to another for a better salary, these people stayed with us,” said Balaji.

Balaji said the company decided against giving the employees a cash bonus for Diwali and chose vehicles as they would spend the cash in a couple of months and would forget the gesture soon.
