The IMD has published its southwest monsoon forecast for the crop year 2021. It is likely to be ‘normal.’ The cyclones and pre-monsoon have already touched some states. Some farmers choose to take it slow on Kharif crops as they await a ‘good’ monsoon.’ But, so far, how is agriculture affected due to the COVID lockdown?
