The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has issued a notice to not permit any flight operations for two hours at the Delhi International Airport on seven days leading up to the upcoming Republic Day celebrations.

No landing and take-off will be allowed between 10:35 am and 12:15 pm on January 18, 20-24, and 26 at the Delhi airport for the rehearsal of air display by aircraft as a part of India’s 71st Republic Day celebration parade at Rajpath.

Due to the shutdown of airspace over the national capital on the proposed dates, flights of all the airlines are expected to be impacted.
