Actors Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan are being questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the Bollywood drugs racket case linked to the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.
While Deepika is being interrogated at the Evelyn Guest House in Mumbai’s Colaba area where the NCB’s special investigation team has set up a base, Shraddha and Sara are being questioned at the Ballard Estate office of the anti-drugs agency.
The trio along with actor Rakul Preet Singh were summoned by the NCB after their names cropped up during the interrogation of Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty. WhatsApp chats of the actors allegedly indicated that they had purchased drugs for consumption.
Deepika flew down from Goa after receiving summons from the NCB on Wednesday.
Rakul Preet was questioned for over four hours on Friday (September 25).
Deepika’s manager Karishma Prakash, who was also quizzed on Friday, will be questioned for the second day.
