Thakur on his part has refused to tender an apology for the same, telling reporters, “First watch the entire video…the mood of the people of Delhi should also be analysed.”

In a video that went viral on Monday, Thakur was seen raising the slogan “desh ke gaddaron ko” and the audience ending it with “goli maro s**lon ko” during an election campaign meeting at North West Delhi. The entire slogan translates into “kill the traitors of the country.”
