On billionaire Gautam Adani’s birthday, his ports-to-energy conglomerate on Saturday gathered 1983 World Cup Cricket legends including Kapil Dev to launch the 2023 World Cup winning campaign, titled Jeetenge Hum.
Adani turned 61 on Saturday. His birthday is celebrated as Adani Day by the group.
Besides Kapil Dev, other heroes of the 1983 World Cup winning team that gathered at Adani groups headquarters at Ahmedabad included vice-captain Mohinder Amarnath, wicket-keeper Syed Kirmani, Roger Binny, Madan Lal, Krishnamachari Srikkanth and Dilip Vengsarkar.
