Jailer release date: Rajinikanth starrer to hit theatres on August 10

Rajinikanth‘s much-anticipated film Jailer will release on August 10, the makers announced on Thursday evening (May 4).

As soon as the release date of Jailer was shared on Twitter, Rajinikanth’s fans couldn’t control their excitement. And soon Jailer started trending on Twitter.

Jailer Tamil movie is directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and produced by Sun Pictures.

Jailer also stars Tamannaah Bhatia, Sunil, Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Vasanth Ravi, and Vinayakan.

Nelson is directing the film from his own script. Jailer is his second collaboration with Sun Pictures post Vijay-starrer Beast.

Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music for the film.

Rajinikanth’s last big movie was Annaatthe, which was released in 2021.
