Actor Shraddha Kapoor’s brother Siddhanth held in drugs case in Bengaluru

Bengaluru Police have detained actor Shraddha Kapoor’s brother Siddhanth Kapoor after a raid at a city hotel where a rave party was being held on Sunday night. Siddhanth has also tested positive for drugs.

Based on a tipoff, police raided a hotel where the rave party was being held and detained 35 people, whose blood samples were taken for test. Six of the samples, including that of Siddhanth’s, returned positive.

Siddhanth Kapoor is the son of actor Shakti Kapoor and has also acted in the 2020 web series ‘Bhaukaal’ and movies such as ‘Shootout at Wadala’, ‘Ugly, ‘Haseena Parkar’, ‘Chehre’.

Bollywood actors Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, and Deepika Padukone were among those who were questioned in September 2020 over alleged possession and consumption of drugs in connection with the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. However, despite Narcotics Control Bureau’s (NCB) claims in court, nothing substantial was proved.
