Private facilities likely to charge ₹250 for vaccine

Government centres will continue to inoculate citizens free of cost while the price at private facilities will be fixed at ₹250, India Today TV quoted sources as saying

The government is expected to fix the price of COVID-19 vaccine provided at private facilities at 250 per dose, according to reports.

Government centres will continue to inoculate citizens free of cost while the price at private facilities will be fixed at 250, the reports said.

The Union health ministry will make an announcement in this regard on Saturday (February 27) or Sunday.
