IndiGo raises prices for infant travel, child tickets, and excess baggage
The airline has increased infant fees by Rs 1,000, child fares by Rs 999, and excess baggage charges by Rs 100 per kg under its revised travel terms
Budget airlines IndiGo has revised its fee structure across several core services, raising prices for infant travel, child tickets, and excess checked baggage.
The updated tariffs are now effective under the airline's revised travel terms and conditions.

Under the revised pricing structure, passengers travelling with children under the age of two will see a fee increase of Rs 1,000. Standard child tickets have also been adjusted upward by Rs 999. In addition to the infant and child fare increases, the low-cost carrier has bumped up its excess baggage charges by Rs 100 per kilogram beyond the standard allowed limit.
The fee changes come as airlines continue to adjust ancillary pricing structures to manage operational expenses.
