Some people are more interested in publicity and advertisements, said Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Sunday (February 2), in a dig at his Delhi counterpart Arvind Kejriwal. He also questioned the work done by the AAP government in the last five years while campaigning for the February 8 Delhi elections.

The Bihar chief minister was campaigning for Janata Dal (United) candidate SCL Gupta, who is contesting the elections from Sangam Vihar constituency in south Delhi. The JD(U) is contesting the elections in alliance with the BJP. BJP president J P Nadda and LJP leader Chirag Paswan were also present at the public meeting.

“Some people are more interested in publicity and advertisements. We don’t do that,” Kumar said without naming Kejriwal. “Those who got the mandate to govern Delhi did nothing,” he said. Bihar being a poor state has done a phenomenal job in areas of education, electricity and health, and strengthening road and transport infrastructure, Kumar said.
