CIBIL score is a three-digit credit score, which is considered the summary of an individual’s credit history and credit profile. It ranges from 300 to 900, where a lower number indicates lower creditworthiness of an individual.
The score plays an important role when an individual applies for a loan, as the lender checks CIBIL score and reports before approving the loan.
Apart from Rao, many Bollywood actors have fallen victims to similar types of financial frauds.
Rao was last seen in the 2022 Bollywood comedy Badhaai Do.
Rao will next feature in director duo Raj and DK’s Guns and Gulaabs, Anubhav Sinha’s Bleed and Dharma Production’s Mr and Mrs Mahi, among other movies.
