Prakash has been questioned earlier by the NCB in connection with the drugs case that emerged during the investigations into the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The NCB said that she had mentioned about drugs in her WhatsApp chats with Deepika Padukone.

Even Deepika Padukone has been questioned by the NCB in this case. Many other stars including Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh have also been interrogated.

Karishma and Deepika had used words such as ‘maal’, ‘weed’, ‘hash’ and ‘doob’ in their chats in 2017. During their interrogations earlier, they told the NCB that the ‘code’ words meant cigarette and they were used for “fun”.

The names of Deepika and Shraddha Kapoor had allegedly figured in the WhatsApp messages found in the phone used by Sushant Singh Rajput’s talent manager of Jaya Saha.
