A day after announcing the Class XII results, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is set to declare the Class X results on July 15, Union Minister of Human Resource Development Ramesh Pokhriyal said on Tuesday (July 14).

Wishing all students best of luck, Pokhriyal made the announcement on Twitter. “My dear Children, Parents, and Teachers, the results of class X CBSE board examinations will be announced tomorrow,” the minister tweeted. The tweet came a day after the CBSE refused to confirm the date and time of the declaration of Class X results.

CBSE had followed an assessment scheme for Class XII students by which internal marks and an average of a student’s best-performing subjects will be evaluated. CBSE is set to follow the same assessment scheme for Class X, reported NDTV. Students can check the results on cbseresults.nic.in, cbse.nic.in or results.nic.in.

While Class XII exams were rescheduled to be held in July across the country due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Class X exams were rescheduled only in North-East Delhi which was affected by riots in March. However, later all exams were cancelled following a spike in COVID-19 cases in the country.
