As the people celebrate Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)’s victory, a one-year-old boy dressed as Arvind Kejriwal became the internet sensation on Tuesday (February 11).

As the counting continued in the national capital, the AAP tweeted a photo of the child, Avyaan Tomar, the son of an AAP-sympathiser couple, with a caption, ‘Mufflerman.’

In the photo that melted many hearts, the boy was spotted wearing similar muffler, a moustache, glass and a tiny AAP cap. Immediately, the tweet went viral on social media.

Avyaan’s father, Rahul Tomar, a businessman, and mother Meenakshi are AAP supporters. The parents had dressed up their daughter as Kejriwal after the party’s win in 2015 election.

Avyaan’s sister, who is now nine-year-old, was invited to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Kejriwal. The parents have been a supporter of Kejriwal since he was involved with activist Anna Hazare in 2011.

Earlier, Meenakshi told PTI, “I want my daughter to become like Kejriwal and have the same qualities that he has — honesty, integrity, compassion… We used to bring her to Anna’s (Hazare) rally here and when Kejriwal came to the forefront of the anti-graft struggle, we made our daughter the mascot of that effort.”
