Rahul ‘writes’ 2027 Congress victory in Gujarat, but does it look possible?

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi visited Ahmedabad on July 6 and, while addressing the party cadres, challenged Modi and Amit Shah, saying, “Take it in writing that the Congress will win Gujarat in 2027.”
