NTK functionary killed in Tamil Nadu, cops rule out political motive

Balasubramanian, a senior functionary and deputy secretary of the NTK party in Tamil Nadu's Madurai district, was brutally hacked to death by an unidentified gang this morning during his routine morning walk.
