Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Pvt Ltd, a provider of custom manufacturing services, raised $120 million in Series F funding, according to private market intelligence platform PrivateCircle Research. The investment came from a consortium including Avenir Growth Capital, Footpath Ventures, Lightspeed India Partners, Greenoaks Capital, Steadview Capital, and D1 Capital Partners.

Bengaluru-based Zetwerk offers services related to fabrication, machining, casting, forging, and galvanising of machine parts to B2B clients in a variety of sectors.

Wealth management startup Neo Asset Management Pvt Ltd raised $35 million from Peak XV Partners — a collaboration between Sequoia India and SEA. The Mumbai-based firm will use the funds to expand its wealth management business, deepen its asset management franchise, and hire top talent.

Agnikul Cosmos Pvt Ltd, a space technology startup, closed its Series B funding at $26.70 million. The round saw participation from investors including Celesta Capital, Rocketship.vc, Mayfield, Artha Venture Fund, Pi Ventures, and Speciale Invest. The Chennai-based entity will use the funds to develop its own launch vehicle and 3D-printed rocket engine.

Rite Water Solutions (India) Pvt Ltd, a Nagpur-based provider of safe drinking water solutions, raised $7.88 million in funding from Incofin Investment Management. 

Fifth on the list was 3Fate Technologies Pvt Ltd, which raised $6.50 million in a pre-Series A funding round. Investors included Jungle Ventures, Accion International, Saison Capital, ICMG Partners, STRIVE, Gemba Capital, Titan Capital, Alteria Capital, and Stride Ventures. 3Fate offers Showroom B2B, an end-to-end supply chain platform in the fashion and apparel category,
