No TMC leaders in meeting of INDIA bloc parties

Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge meets floor leaders of various INDIA bloc parties ahead of the Parliament's Winter Session, which is all set to begin today. TMC leaders haven't joined the meeting yet.
