Ju-jitsu: Indians exit in elimination rounds

In the spotlight at the Asian Games 2023, four Indian jujutsukas - Navya Pandey, Tarun Yadav, Kamal Singh, and Anwesha Deb - showcased their skills. Despite their efforts, none of them progressed to medal contention as they were eliminated in the early rounds.

Anwesha Deb and Navya Pandey faced tough opponents in the women's -48kg category, with Anwesha losing to China's Wu Guanshan and Navya being defeated by Mongolia's Odgerel Batbayar. In the men's - 62kg category, Tarun Yadav was ousted by Vietnamese jujutsuka Can van Thang, while Kamal Singh faced elimination at the hands of Turkmenistan's Shyhberdi Rahmanov.
