American citizen living in India's Chennai talks about voting experience

Ramya Mani, an American citizen currently living in Chennai, spoke in detail about the early voting process for the presidential elections in the US she took part in (through mail-in ballot system), even though she was in India.

She also spoke about the other elections taking place alongside the presidential polls.

She shared a few interesting points about the mail-in ballot system, particularly the lack of secrecy over the vote casted and a special disclaimer that mentioned the same.

Ramya also said she was from Illinois, which is one of the three major Democrat strongholds in the country, and firmly believed every single vote mattered in bringing about a change in power.
