Paris Olympics: Full list of 117 Indian athletes, 140 support staff for Olympics
"The list of sportspersons submitted by the Indian Olympics Association (IOA) is approved at cost of the Government," the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Department of Sports, said
117 Indian athletes (70 men and 47 women) including seven reserves will travel to France for the Paris Olympics 2024 to be held from July 26 to August 11.
Along with the athletes, there will be 140 support staff who will be in Paris during the Olympics. The Union sports ministry on Tuesday (July 16) approved the list sent by the Indian Olympics Association (IOA).
"The list of sportspersons submitted by the Indian Olympics Association (IOA) is approved at cost of the Government subject to all requisite clearances including clearance from doping angle," the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Department of Sports, said.
Here is the full list of 117 Indian athletes including 7 reserves (Athletics 2, Hockey 3, Table Tennis 2) who will travel to the Paris Olympics 2024.
