Watch: Sense of skepticism in Kashmir regarding elections: Anuradha Bhasin

Congress and National Conference have swept the elections to Ladakh Hill District Council, winning 22 out of 26 seats. Veteran journalist and Editor-in-Chief of Kashmir Times Anuradha Bhasin in an interview with The Federal says that there is an eerie silence in Kashmir because people are not talking, it's just the government which is speaking. Bhasin also said that there is a sense of skepticism with respect to elections and Kashmiris are not happy with the majoritarian BJP.
