Video of Welspun India CEO dancing with employees takes internet by storm
Setting a new precedent on how to inspire staff in corporate offices, Welspun India’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dipali Goenka was found shaking a leg with her subordinates at the workplace.
The moves that were captured on video camera went viral on Tuesday (February 19). The undated recording shows Dipali and Joint Managing Director of Welspun India making some light moves for the remixed version of the song “Muqabla” from the movie “Street Dancer 3D”, joyfully.
In the 45-second long video, the employees are also seen happily dancing with their CEO before applauding her at the end.
And the gesture has won many hearts for making the work environment healthy and light.

Welspun India CEO also retweeted Harsh Goenka’s tweet and thanked him. She also tagged a couple of other industry leaders including Kiran Mazumdar, Gautam Adani along with Harsh Goenka and added that she would love to see their happy workplace videos.
