The girl is a student in the UK and has been kept in isolation at a hospital. Her family members have been quarantined to prevent the spread of the virus, and their samples are being tested for the virus. Sources said she had reached Imphal from London via Delhi, Kolkata and Agartala.
Manipur is one among the 32 states and union territories that have been under a complete lockdown. More than 470 people have tested positive for the coronavirus, and nine people have died so far.
