Woman drowns, five missing in boat tragedy in Maharashtra
A woman drowned and five others were reported missing on Tuesday when a boat carrying them capsized in the Wainganga river in Maharashtra's Gadchiroli district.
Police said the incident took place amid heavy wins near Ganpur village when the women were on way to adjoining Chandrapur district.
The woman’s body was recovered and a search was on for five other missing women.
