Former AIADMK ministers get key posts in TVK
C Vijayabaskar appointed as the Pudukkottai district organisational secretary and MR Vijayabhaskar as the Karur district organisational secretary
Chennai, Aug 8 (PTI) TVK president C Joseph Vijay on Saturday announced the appointment of several high-profile leaders, including former AIADMK ministers, to key organisational roles.
In a statement, he emphasised the need to expand TVK’s footprint.
"Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) has always functioned as a pioneer for the welfare of the people. Therefore, further strengthening its organisational infrastructure has become essential," he stated.
Accordingly, C Vijayabaskar has been appointed as Pudukkottai district organisational secretary and M R Vijayabhaskar as Karur district organisational secretary.
The statement further said that Esakki Subbaiah, also a former minister, was appointed as Tenkasi district organisational secretary. PTI
