Election officials check Rahul Gandhi’s helicopter in Tamil Nadu
Election Commission officials conducted checks in a helicopter carrying Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in Tamil Nadu on Monday (April 15).
The EC’s flying squad officials conducted the search after the helicopter landed in Nilgiris, the police said.
Gandhi was on his way to his parliamentary constituency, Kerala’s Wayanad, for campaign activities.
He is contesting the April 26 Lok Sabha polls from Wayanad, seeking a successive term.
