Indian Accent in New Delhi has been voted as the best restaurant in the country, according to the ‘India’s Top 50 Restaurants’ awards list released by a travel magazine.

After a three-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Condé Nast Traveller announced the top 50 restaurants in India. Goa’s Bomras is second in the list followed by Masque in Mumbai. Delhi’s Indian Accent had topped the list in 2017 and 2019 too.

In the top 50 restaurants list, Mumbai tops with 12 restaurants, followed by Bengaluru (11), Delhi (8) and Goa (7).

“The list is tabulated after multiple rounds of voting involving 100 jurors from across the country, who vote privately in a process that is overseen by an independent auditor. The jury includes food writers, critics, creators and other tastemakers, screened for any major conflict of interest and to ensure regional diversity,” the magazine said.
