Stalin's grandson trolled by moral brigade; mother steps in

It is not just Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone who are facing the wrath and righteous indignation of the country’s moral brigade. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin’s grandson Inbanithi Stalin got a taste of nasty trolling when his pictures with his girlfriend went viral on social media.

Inbanithi Stalin, son of Chepauk MLA and state Sports Minister Udhayanithi Stalin, posted a few  pictures of him cuddling with his girlfriend on Instagram. It was a collage of pictures of Inbanithi and his girlfriend making some funny actions as well.

These pictures went viral and some users started attacking Inbanithi, mocking him about posting such ‘shocking’ pictures in the name of love. This is not love, they said, and took him to task for exposing the girl to his ‘leering’ looks on camera.

One Twitter user wrote: “These pictures don’t portray love, it portrays lust. When you are in public life, holding a huge position at a party as well as in the state, it is a huge disgrace to the family as well as the party. Especially the third photo does it portray love, Tamilnadu people wont accept this.”

One user carried clips from Tamil movies with actors Vadivelu and Manorama waxing eloquent about how a grandson is following in the footsteps of his illustrious grandfather and how this kind of behaviour with girls has been coming down through the generations.

The trolling got so vicious that Inbanithi Stalin’s mom had to step in and give a befitting reply to the social media users who felt the pictures were cheap and vulgar.

Gayathri Raghuram blames Annamalai

Some celebrities like former BJP party member Gayathri Raghuram blamed BJP state president Annamalai for leaking the pictures of Inbanithi Stalin and his girlfriend. According to the actress-turn-politician, Annamalai’s team has leaked the pictures of Inbanithi and humiliates the girl who is with him. No girl is safe under the leadership of Annamalai, she alleged.

Meanwhile, Kiruthiga Stalin is receiving praise for standing by her son. Her tweet garnered 4,000-plus likes with hundreds of comments, among which majority are positive ones.
