Tejashwi 10th fail, can’t even spell ‘cabinet’: BJP minister

Days after Nitish Kumar launched his ‘8-9 children’ jibe at RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav, Union minister Ashwini Choubey on Saturday (October 31) said the chief ministerial candidate of Bihar’s Mahagathbandhan can’t even spell ‘cabinet’ correctly.

“That person who doesn’t understand the issue and couldn’t even clear class 10th exam is criticising Nitish Kumar who is a qualified engineer. He cannot even write the spelling of Cabinet. His father’s first cabinet decision promised that one lakh jobs will be provided, but he collected money from them and the applications for the jobs are still there in the dustbin,” Choubey said.

Launching a barrage of attacks at the Congress-RJD alliance or rather its leaders Tejashwi and Rahul Gandhi, he called it a tie-up between ‘Gappu’ (talkative) and ‘Pappu’ (clueless).

“The people of Congress-RJD alliance are Gappu and Pappu and will only give ‘lappu,’ which is false promises. People should be aware of it,” ANI quoted him as saying.

He said, the BJP on the contrary has given people the assurance of free vaccines, which he asserted is not a violation of the Model Code of Conduct (MCC).

“We gave Ayushman Bharat, and need to promote more. The vaccine is in the third phase and if everything goes well, then we will give it for free. I want to assure people. Good governance will be able to give better facilities, otherwise there will be loot,” ANI quoted him as saying.

Tejashwi through his poll campaign has been questioning Nitish Kumar on issues including unemployment, jobs, industries, investment and migration.
