Missing intestine, deep cuts reveal brutality of Ankit's murder in Delhi

The post-mortem report of Intelligence Bureau (IB) officer Ankit Sharma, on Thursday (February 27), revealed multiple deeps cuts all over the decapitated body, inferring a brutal murder of the 26-year-old.
According to the doctors, the intestine was also removed from Ankit’s body, hollowing the colon cavity.
It is alleged that nearly four people were involved in the murder and later threw the body into a drain in Chand Bagh.

Sharma’s family had blamed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) member Tahir Hussain for the murder.
Later, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) too accused Hussain of killing the IB officer, after which the Delhi police charged the AAP councillor for the crime.
Following the charges, AAP, on Thursday, suspended him from the party.

Hussain’s house in Chand Bagh still has a number of petrol bomb bottles, acid pouches, and stones scattered on the rooftop and inside, reports said.
Hussain’s house has come under the scanner after a number of videos on social media showed over 100 to 150 people pelting stones, throwing petrol bombs and acid on Monday and Tuesday afternoon.
The doctors conducting autopsy after the riots claim the brutality with which the multiple wounds would have been inflicted on the bodies are gruesome with some even burnt, beyond recognition, by acids, reported IANS.
Bullet injuries, sword blows and acid attacks were the primary cause of deaths on bodies of women, elderly and young people who were brought to the hospital for the autopsy, revealed one doctor.
Another doctor of the same department said the brutality and violence raised questions on humanity and that he cannot describe the condition of the mortuary in words.
At least 38 people, including a Delhi Police head constable, died while more than 300 injured in the Delhi violence which started on Sunday and escalated on Monday.
