Crude oil futures decline on low demand


Crude oil futures fell marginally to Rs 3,321 per barrel on Friday, as participants cut their positions on low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for the December delivery eased by Rs 3, or 0.09 per cent, to Rs 3,321 per barrel with a business volume of 3148 lots.

Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil was trading 1.99 per cent lower at USD 44.80 per barrel, while Brent crude was quoting 0.52 per cent lower at USD 47.55 per barrel in New York.
